Business Consultant, founded in 2018, is a black woman-owned business consulting company at the heart of young lady Fikile Ndaba. Fifi is a driven senior accountant who is passionate about numbers, transformation, business and development. Fifi holds a background specializing in black economic empowerment transactions, bookkeeping, financial analysis and SME Development. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting majoring in Accounting Auditing and Taxation. The qualification was attained at Damelin College.
She is currently studying towards CPA (Certified Professional Accountant) with SAIPA.
Fifi’s leadership roles and work experiences have provided her with indispensable skills and she is constantly learning with the aim of developing herself and others.
She believes a small business can be a catalyst for change in South Africa.
Is so much more than just words – I need to walk my talk. Which is why, after leaving my job as a Financial Analyst, I have spent every day since developing, questioning and adapting my “why”.
I realised a long time ago that my passion lies in devising sustainable Business Development strategies, specifically by bringing about new ideas and alternative insights to those clients whose businesses are on the brink of moving upwards and into their next growth level.
Because this is a landscape that I can truly thrive, and make a tangible difference in, I have since been consulting to a diverse range of companies on restoring organisational health and efficiencies, propelling them forward into a new way of thinking, a keen adaptability to worldwide trends and the ability to exceed any and all of their growth expectations.
